PURPOSE 目标:
To provide an inspirational shopping experience,maximising every sale and supporting the Store Management Team in the efficient running of the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
To give the highest standard of inspired customer service at all times.
持续性的为客户提供高品质的服务
To present oneself appropriately and in line with the brand image and company dress code.
个人形象符合品牌标准和公司着装要求
To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the
customer, providing good product knowledge, overcoming
objections and offering appropriate additional items (link
selling).
了解客户需求并选择适合客户的销售方式来推介产品。具备良好的产品知识、克服障碍并能提供有效的附加推销
To retrieve customer data to build a data base of customer base
收集客户资料并建立客户资料库To effectively deal with telephone orders and enquiries,promotional activities in the store
有效处理电话预订、问讯以及店内各种促销活动To be aware of the procedure for dealing with customer complaints.
知晓如何处理客人投诉的流程To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets.
知晓店铺销售目标,并努力达成个人及店铺销售目标
To replenish merchandise ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
及时补充商品以确保店铺的正常运作
To participate in stocktaking as required and to ensure accurate counting of stock.
参与店铺盘点并确保店铺货品数量准确
Ensuring all items are correctly tagged and ticketed.
确保所有的货品都有正确的标签和说明
Assisting with delivery of stock, if required
协助店铺货物送递(如有要求)
To understand and effectively follow all point of sal procedures eg Global Refund, VAT procedures, Customui
Compliance, Till procedures (cash handling, credit
authorisation, acceptance of cheques, exchanges) etc.
知晓并有效地执行销售所有流程,比如:退款、换货、增值
稅、客人投诉、备用金(现金、信用卡授权、订金)等To be aware of and follow the Company procedures on staff purchases.
知晓并执行公司关于员工内部购买程序
To understand and comply with Health and Safety procedures in the store and participate in health and
safety and loss prevention training as required.
知晓并遵守店铺有关健康与安全的程序并参加健康与安全、损失预防的培训 (如有要求)
To actively participate in staff training sessions
